Black Ministerial Alliance, Victory Generation After-School Program, Dorchester, MA
Administered, coordinated and developed fourteen licensed Victory Generation After-School Programs.  Directed a staff of over 100 and created a professional development plan to meet the developmental and spiritual needs of the staff.  Created partnerships with local community agencies to meet the academic and social needs of the participating children and families.  Oversaw the implementation of programs designed to provide parents with the skill base that allows them to effectively advocate for their children.

Coordinated all programs relating to issues of international students and students of color.  Developed and implemented counseling and academic support services for the above-mentioned student populations. Developed the concept, established the funding, designed the curriculum and hired the faculty for the Career Awareness College Readiness Program, a four-year program for high school students.

Developed and implemented counseling and academic support programs for students of color and international students.  Designed culturally diverse programming for the Babson student body.  Ensured compliance with federal regulations established by the Department of Immigration and Naturalization Services.  Served as spokesperson for Babson College on issues of diversity.
